This Privacy Policy explains how Hyosub Lee handles information in connection with GoldMine(the "Service"), a Unity-based casual puzzle game for Android. The Service can be used without account registration. However, if a user uses Google Play Games Services sign-in or leaderboards, Google Play Games account and profile information may be used.

1. Information We Process

The Service does not ask users to enter information such as name, email address, or phone number. The Service does not provide its own account registration, forums, chat, or payment features. Google Play Games Services sign-in may be used for leaderboard functionality.

The Service may store the following information locally on the user's device:

The Service uses Google Analytics for Firebase (Firebase Analytics) to improve game quality and balance. Firebase Analytics may process the following app usage information:

The Service does not send high-frequency tile-by-tile events individually. Such gameplay details are aggregated into stage result events where needed.

The Service provides leaderboard functionality through Google Play Games Services. When a user signs in to Google Play Games or uses the leaderboard, the following information may be processed by Google or provided to the Service.

The Operator does not separately store Google Play Games leaderboard information on the Operator's own server. Information processed through Google Play Games Services may be handled according to Google's policies, the user's Google Play Games settings, and Google Account settings.

2. Ads, Payments, Leaderboards, and Other SDKs

The current Service does not provide advertising SDKs, personalized ads, rewarded ads, in-app purchases, Operator-managed server-side saves, achievements, cloud saves, or Crashlytics. The Service provides leaderboard functionality through Google Play Games Services.

The main third-party SDKs currently used by the Service are Firebase Analytics and Google Play Games Services. Firebase Analytics is used for app usage statistics and game balance improvement. Google Play Games Services is used for sign-in, leaderboard display, and score submission.

3. Purposes of Processing

The Service processes information for the following purposes:

  • Saving and displaying game records
  • Maintaining sound, vibration, and other user settings
  • Remembering whether onboarding should be shown
  • Providing gameplay and basic service functionality
  • Displaying leaderboards and submitting scores through Google Play Games Services
  • Analyzing stage difficulty, failure points, and restart flow
  • Improving game quality and balance

The Service does not currently process user information for ad delivery, personalized advertising, or ad measurement.

4. Retention

Game records and settings stored locally are retained on the user's device until the user deletes the app or clears the app data through device settings.

App usage information processed through Firebase Analytics may be retained according to Google/Firebase policies and the Firebase console settings. The Operator reviews such information only as aggregated or statistical data for analytics purposes.

Player information and leaderboard scores processed through Google Play Games Services may be retained or deleted according to Google's policies, the user's Google Play Games settings, and Google Account settings.

5. Sharing With Third Parties

The Operator does not sell personal information and does not arbitrarily disclose personal information to third parties through its own server.

Google LLC may process relevant information in connection with Firebase Analytics and Google Play Games Services.

6. Service Providers and International Transfers

The Service may entrust relevant processing to Google LLC through Firebase Analytics and Google Play Games Services. Google may process information in facilities operated by Google, its affiliates, or its subprocessors in countries where Google provides its services.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is a casual game that can be used without the Service's own account registration. The Service does not provide features that directly ask children under 14 to enter personal information such as name or contact details. Availability and settings for Google Play Games Services may depend on Google and parental account settings.

8. Deletion

Locally stored information is deleted when the user deletes the app or clears the app data through device settings. If an in-app reset feature is provided, users may also delete certain game records through that feature.

Requests or inquiries related to analytics information already transmitted through Firebase Analytics may be sent to the contact below. Management or deletion of leaderboard information processed through Google Play Games Services may be handled through methods provided by Google Play Games or Google Account settings.

9. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information where applicable. Because the Service operates without accounts and stores records locally, users can delete locally stored information by deleting the app or clearing app data.

10. Security

The Service stores only necessary information locally and processes app analytics through Firebase Analytics using limited events and summary values. The Operator minimizes analytics events to what is necessary for the Service purpose and does not individually transmit high-frequency detailed gameplay events.

11. Automatic Collection and Behavioral Data

The Service does not use web cookies.

The Firebase Analytics SDK may process app-instance identifiers, app and device information, and app usage events automatically or through event logging. The Google Play Games Services SDK may process information required to verify sign-in status, identify the player, display leaderboards, and submit scores. The Service does not currently use advertising IDs for personalized advertising, ad measurement, or ad frequency capping.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in laws, platform policies, Service features, or data practices. If material changes are made, we will provide notice through appropriate methods such as in-app notice, store listing, or a web page.
